First Character-Voicing Unveiled in Disney’s Latest ‘Lion King’ Trailer

The latest trailer to Disney’s The Lion King remake of the 1994 classic has been unleashed, and as expected, we delve even further into the intricacies of the most famous African pride. It’s also the first time in these remake trailers that we hear the voices of Mufasa (voiced by James Earl Jones), Scar (voiced by Chiwetel Ejiofor) and even Pumbaa (Seth Rogen). The film opens in theaters July 19, 2019.

Directed by ‘Avengers: Endgame’ and ‘The Jungle Book”s Jon Favreau, the all-new “The Lion King”, has an all-star cast which includes Donald Glover as Simba, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter as Nala and Billy Eichner as Timon.
