The historical store located at 136 Jerusalem Street, now extended from 60 to 120 square meters, with updated environments, you can find a large, elegant and elegant version that highlights the importance of the building in history. According to Claudia Vidauarrazaga, marketing manager and granddaughter of the founders of La Iberica, it was the first factory established and it has great family memories.
A traditional modern ‘love mark’
Vidaurrázaga talks about how proud he is to represent one of the biggest brands in Peru and how today it returns to its roots.
“This store you see is the first step to return to our roots without losing it, but in the short term we will return here to making artisanal chocolates, and we will give the city a museum with many machines used by the company during its time. Arequipa’s history to receive national and foreign tourists,” says Vidauarrazaga.
In 2023, La Ibérica introduced a total of 21 new products, among which stand out: pistachio chocolate pearls, caramelized hazelnuts, cashew and chocolatier (bisco chocolates), the latter winning the Brussels Award in Belgium.

The new adventure of La Iberica begins today, making the history of chocolate in Peru tangible, always renewing but without losing its roots and listening to customer suggestions.
