Microsoft will invest 3.4 billion dollars in Germany, especially in AI

American computer company M.IGrasoft announced on Thursday that it would invest 3.2 billion euros ($3.4 billion) in) in Germany by the end of 2025, mainly in the field of artificial intelligence and cloud technology (remote computing).

The goal is to “double our data center and artificial intelligence infrastructure capabilities” in the country, its board vice chairman Brad Smith told a news conference in Berlin.

The group will “double” the capacities of its data centers in the Frankfurt area and create “new infrastructure” in the North Rhine-Westphalia region. It was his “biggest investment in forty years.”That is, Smith highlighted the group's arrival in Germany.
