Consider:
Through the file cited in SEEN, the National Institute of Technology (INTI) implements the temporary assignment of the agent of the permanent plant Juan Francisco VALLEZALEZALEZALE as Technical Director of Monitoring and Control of the Management Control Division. (DNI No. 18,825,149), as of March 1, 2023.
According to the resolution of the National Institute of Technology 116/22, the agent Juan Francisco González Valle Lebes (DNI No. 18,825,149) was assigned to the permanent plant of NITUAL CHINTE INTE. (INTI).
Act no. 27,701, approved the general budget of the National Administration for the fiscal year 2023.
That order no. 355/17 establishes, inter alia, that Ministers are Secretaries to the President of the Nation and Secretaries to the Government.
Order no. That article 5 of 355/17, in the case of decentralized institutions with powers, powers related to the management of their personnel established in their creation regulations or special regulations, which maintain them in accordance with articles 3, 4 and regulations. 8 of the said Ordinance.

Administrative Decision No. By 1945/18, the organizational structure of the first and second operational level of the National Institute of Technology (INTI), a decentralized organization functioning in the orbit of the then Ministry of Production and Labour, was approved.
National Institute of Industrial Technology no. Pursuant to the resolution of 33/19, the above-mentioned agency’s administrative decision no. 1945/18 approved lower level openings than those authorized by 1945/18.
Order no. The collective sector labor agreement for employees of the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI), approved by 109/07, applies to workers in labor relations within the national industrial structure. General Collective Labor Agreement for National Public Administration, Ordinance no. Approved by 214/06, with the scope and exceptions for the different types of employment relationships provided in Articles 8 and 9 of Annex of Law No. 25,164.
In this event, it is appropriate to appoint the agent of the permanent plant Juan Francisco GONZALEZ VALLE LÓPEZ (DNI Nº 18.825.149), the activities of the Technical Director of Monitoring and Control of the Management Control Unit of the National Institute of Scientific Education. (INTI) , a decentralized organization functioning under the Secretariat for Industrial and Productive Development, Ministry of Economy, has extensive experience and training in the field of the post to be filled, on temporary basis. Order no. First paragraph of Article 40 of the General Collective Labor Agreement for the National Public Administration approved by 214/06.
As the above post is vacant and funded, it is necessary to continue its immediate coverage due to the nature of the tasks assigned to it.
The above fee does not include allocation of an extraordinary resource.
Through Report IF-2023-90663956- APN-GORRHH#INTI in serial number 15, Human Resources Operations Management deems that the authorization and substantiation requirements to issue the requested action have been met.
Administration and Financial Operations Management has verified the respective availability of budget appropriations vide report IF-2023-98370077-APN-GOAYF#INTI serial number 23.

This measure is Act no. 14,467 and Ordinance no. 355/ approved by Articles 3 and 5 ° of Decree-Law no. 17,138/57 is ordered on the basis of the powers arising from Article 4 of Article 3 and subsection g). 17.

Solves:
Article 1.- The functions of the Technical Director for Monitoring and Control of the Management Control Division of the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI), a decentralized organization functioning, are assigned on a temporary basis until March 1, 2023. The purpose of the Secretariat for Industrial and Production Development of the Ministry of Economy, Management Technical Training Level 2, Section A, Grade 12, Leadership Activity Level 4 of the Trade Union Department of the Trade Union Department Real Technology ( INTI), in accordance with the terms of the first paragraph of Article 40 of the General Collective Labor Agreement for management, permanent plant JUAN FRANCISCO GONZÁLEZ VALLE LÓPEZ (DNI No. 18,825,149) Agent to Order No. Approved by 109/07. National General, Ordinance no. Approved by 214/06.
Article 2.- The temporary allocation of functions provided for in the position mentioned in the previous article shall be extended until its definitive coverage is implemented in accordance with the respective selection methods in force, and shall not exceed the period. 109/07 Ordinance no. Four (4) years in accordance with the provisions of Article 64 of the Collective Sector Labor Agreement for employees of the National Institute of Technology (INTI) approved by 109/07.
Article 3.- The cost required to comply with this action shall be covered by specific items of Jurisdiction 50 – Ministry of Economy, Company 608 – National Institute of Technology (INTI).
Article 4.- Communicate, publish, give to the National Director of Official Records and archive it.
