We decided to ask Provecho’s readers once again about their favorite places, this time we wanted to know where they sell lomo saltado, a traditional dish heard by those who set foot on Peruvian soil. More than 150 comments were made on our Instagram post and we tell you what the results were.

Combining the juiciness of beef with the freshness of vegetables and the unique flavor of aji amarillo, describes the Peruvian classic, lomo saltado, a dish served by Pies Hermanos. Av. Find this option at Las Torres 334, San Luis.
Stage 7: Vegetarian diet
A vegetarian lomo saltado made of slices of seitan flambéed with mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and white rice with corn and French fries will surprise anyone. You can find this option at Jirón Tacna 520, Surco.
Post 8: Where is Walter
A favorite among Donde Walter’s different presentations is the traditional lomo saltado with white rice and egg for 44.90 soles, served with souffa rice for 46.90 soles or with taku taku for 45.90 soles.
