ALG innovates with technology to personalize group bookings

ALG Vacations has innovated with page generation technology where travel advisors can customize group bookings more efficiently where they can specify event details.

The new tool offers a variety of options that include updated automation, templates and software tools. The technology is available for large groups and smaller groups with the company's software, GroupEase.

Likewise, passengers can book independently on the side and advisors will receive automatic email with new bookings and these bookings can be accessed on the VAX team panel and in the Travel Weekly.

Such bookings will be credited to the Consultant as a closed sale, with Consultant commissions, ALGV loyalty status and rewards. In addition, the new technology allows for the addition of agency terms and fees, the agency logo, information and messages. Consultants can easily provide information and travel details on a dedicated page of the group.

Alternatively, you can place event schedules and external links on wedding registry pages or travel agent websites. Pages can include a schedule of up to six events per meeting, along with event names, dates, times, locations, and other attributes.
