Granja Azul is the best country restaurant to visit this year, according to the voters of the Somos 2023 awards.

Legend has it that in 1950, Swiss Roger Schuller had the idea to sell charcoal-cooked chickens when his farm went bankrupt. La Granja Azul was born in Santa Clara, and its grilled chicken has been awarded and respected for seven decades.

House specialties include antiquchos, chicken skewers, grilled beef tenderloin and picarones. All this accompanied by its famous mayonnaise.
