Maybe Antonio de la Haza Last resolved in plenary session of Congress. Last Thursday he disqualified Inés Tello and Aldo Vásquez with 67 votes and rejected the dismissal of Guillermo Thornberry, María Zavala and Imelda Tumialan.
In the same session, the motion to disqualify de la Jaza had already been rejected by 51 in favor, 31 against and 8 votes. However, Congressman Jorge Montoya (Renovasian Popular) reconsidered the decision, which was approved by a parliamentary majority.

Before hearing the case of the leader of the JNJ, Sigrid Bazan, spokesperson for Democratic Change – Together for Peru, presented a point of order in parliament to assess whether the votes against the JNJ members were legal.
Despite being a member of the Permanent Commission, Bazan's proposal answered questions raised by the vote of Congressman José Luna Galvez (Podemos Peru).
The Constitution and the rules of Congress indicate that legislators forming a permanent party cannot vote in plenary session on a constitutional impeachment.
However, according to Parliament's interpretation, since he did not do so on the aforementioned occasion, Luna was empowered to exercise his vote. Without their support, the 67 grafts to remove Tello and Vásquez would not have been achieved.

The assemblyman accused Montoya of “managing a disinformation campaign.” National Judicial Board and his followers” to question the legality of the disqualification of Tello and Vasquez.

Unlike the first vote against Vázquez, the second vote saw Congressman Raul Dorotio (a popular act) abstain.
Also, Congressman Jorge Luis Flores Ancachi (also from Axion Popular) did not participate in the first ballot, but participated in the second ballot to vote for disqualification. Jorge Marticorena (Perú Bicentenario) initially voted against the permit, but later supported it.
Tello rejected the disqualification
A few hours later, Inez Dello promised to continue “legally” as a member of the JNJ, but Congress had already officially declared her disqualification through a resolution published in the official newspaper El Peruano.

Congresswoman Gladys Echaíz (popular renewal) promised to nominate Tello to “act according to the demands of his position, with dignity and respect for the law.”
Echaíz supported José Luna's participation and pointed out that Tello had already been officially disqualified.
Tello and Vasquez's tenure as JNJ members ended in about 10 months. However, both must be replaced by alternate members of the organization with a decision of Congress.
