He Ministry of Agricultural Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI) announced that the agricultural bonus, or FertiAbono 2, will be paid to farmers affected by a shortage of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (NPK)-based fertilizers due to the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine. We must mention that the subsidy is based on agricultural units up to 5 hectares and its subsidy will reach 235 soles per half hectare, 470 soles per hectare up to a maximum of 2.50 soles.
Requirements for getting Agriculture Bonus 2023
The Peruvian government presented a list of requirements for people to take into account this economic advantage to face the economic crisis and shortage of fertilizers caused by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
- Operate agricultural units up to five hectares and use chemical fertilizers.
- Appears in the Register of Agricultural Producers (last date November 16, 2022).
- Cultivate any of the 40 items Midagry mentions.
- Not found in public sector wages.
- Emergency Ordinance No. 022-2022 and no. 025-2022 not benefited by.
