It all happened on December 13, when Juan Carlos Lizarzapuru uttered sexist phrases against Patricia Juarez during a session of the Congressional Subcommittee on Constitutional Impeachment.

After this, the lawmaker tried to justify himself to journalists, pointing out that what he said was a “spoken” conversation he had with a parliamentary colleague and an adviser.

For her part, Patricia Juarez used her social networks to announce that Fursa Popular will file a complaint with the Parliamentary Ethics Commission, where she hopes for “exemplary approval”.
