Miraflores approves ordinance defining zones for social housing | economy

Municipal Council Miraflores Unanimously approved an ordinance establishing areas where construction projects can be developed Social housing.

The municipality decreed that these areas had roads wider than 40 meters and required urban renewal. Land use change.

From the ordinance, the county decided to exclude areas that already have significant urban development, and the county’s status could be affected if construction of new buildings continues.

Likewise, the municipality notes that green areas are limited (only 3 m2 per citizen). Three of the 14 administrative zones into which the district is divided have no parks.
