Consider:
Act no. 27,701, approved the general budget of the National Administration for the fiscal year 2023.
Order no. 355/17 through all temporary appointments of staff in permanent and additional posts, under the rank and order of the Undersecretary or Undersecretary, vacant and budgeted, according to organizational structures. It is carried out by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers in the centralized and decentralized national public administration sector, on the proposal of the jurisdiction or institution in question.
That Decree-Law no. 17,138/57, Act no. 14,467, the National Institute of Technology was created as a decentralized organization functioning under the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Administrative Decision No. By 1945/18, the institutional structure of the first and second functional level of the National Institute of Technology was approved, a decentralized body operating under the orbit of the then Ministry of Production and Labour.
It is necessary to continue the interim coverage of the vacant and funded post of Director of Operations, National Institute of Technology, a decentralized organization functioning in the orbit of the Secretariat for Industrial and Productive Development.
Temporary coverage of the above position does not constitute an extraordinary resource allocation.
The Permanent Legal Service of the Ministry of Economy has taken the intervention of its capacity.

Conclusion:
Article 1.- Engineer Marcos Ignacio RODRÍGUEZ (DNI N° 24,797,844) is the Director of Operations of the Company. Ministry of Economy, Level 1 of Professional Training, Part A, Initial Degree of Collective Sector Labor Agreement for Employees of National Institute of Technology (INTI), Order No. Approved by 109/07.
The corresponding fee for the subsidiary item for Level 1 management function of the above sectoral collective labor agreement is approved.
Article 2.- The position in Article 1 of this Administrative Decision, in accordance with the current requirements and examination systems, respectively, Articles 13 and 14 and Title II, Chapter II. , the points of C and F should be filled. 109/07 Ordinance no. 109/07 of the collective sectoral labor agreement for the employees of the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI) within one hundred and eighty (180) business days counted from the date of this action.
Article 3.- The expenditure required in accordance with this administrative decision shall be covered by specific items of Jurisdiction 50 – Ministry of Economy, Agency 608 – National Institute of Technology.
Article 4.- Communicate, publish and archive with the National Director of Official Records.
