Consider:
That Decree 355 of May 22, 2017 establishes, among other aspects, that Ministers are Secretaries of the President of the Nation and Secretaries of Government.
Through Decree 50 of December 19, 2019 and its amendments, the Implementation Organization Chart of the Centralized National Administration was approved up to the level of Undersecretary and its related objectives, among which those related to the Ministry of Economy.
By Executive Decision 449 of June 5, 2023, Executive Decision 1313 of July 22, 2020 was revoked and the organizational structure of the first and second functional level of the Ministry of Economy was approved, except for the Secretariat of Industry and Production Development.
In this event, it corresponds to the assignment to Osvaldo Alfredo Collazo (MI No. 22.682.092), the functions of Director of Public Credit Operations under the Public Credit National Office of the Secretary of Finance. The Ministry of Economy, on an interim basis, is included in Title X of the Collective Agreement for Sectoral Work of the National Public Employment Organization (SINEP) staff approved by Decree 2098 of December 3, 2008 and Sections I. Subsection of Article 15 of Annex I to Decree 1421 of August 8, 2002 Paragraphs II and III regulate Act 25,164.
Current temporary operations are excluded from the restrictions established in Article 1 of Decree 426 of July 21, 2022, in accordance with the provisions of subsection c of Article 2 of that Decree.
The competent part of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers intervened.
The above fee does not constitute an extraordinary resource allocation.
The Permanent Legal Service of the Ministry of Economy has intervened in its responsibility.
This action is issued based on the powers envisaged in Article 3 of Decree 355/2017 and in accordance with subsection c of Article 2 of Decree 426/2022.

Solves:
Article 1.- As of April 23, 2023, Osvaldo Alfredo Colazo of the Permanent Plant (MI No. 22,682,092) functions as Director of Public Credit Operations under the National Public Credit Office of the Undersecretary of Finance of the Ministry of Economy, Level B, Grade 0, Level III Administrative Function. For, level A, grade 9, intermediate division, professional grouping, approved under the terms of Title X of the National Public Employment Organization (SINEP) by Decree 2098 of December 3, 2008 Collective Agreement for Integrated Sectoral Work.
Section 2.- It is hereby established that the interim allocation of duties provided for in the position referred to in the preceding article shall extend until its definitive coverage is implemented in accordance with the respective selection methods, and shall not exceed three periods. (3) years, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 110 and 111 of the Departmental Collective Labor Agreement for employees of the National Public Employment Service (SINEP).
Article 3.- The expenditure necessary to comply with the provisions of this resolution shall be allocated to the budget items related to the Ministry of Economy for the year 2023.
Article 4°.- Communicate, publish and send to the official register and file of the National Directorate.
