My compatriot says that Arista has already called him [Alberto] Otorola and MEF should be held responsible anyway. Revilla replied: “Yes, you told me yesterday […] Arista thinks she has already solved the family problem.
Later, Trujillo added: “The family problem is not over. “He's in the Amazonas and his ex-wife is in Lima.”

That chat and others are hands on Committee of Special Prosecutors Against Corruption (Eficcop).
The conversation – aired this Tuesday by Canal N – appears in Eficcop's detention request against Revilla and others linked to the criminal network “Los Intocables de la Corrupción” led by former president Martin Vizcarra.
Revilla was arrested on January 30 as part of the operation for the aforementioned case. Then, as Eficcop noted in the detention request, he voluntarily accessed his cell phone.
According to the financial hypothesis, Revilla and other officials in the Provías Descentralizado during the Vizcarra government (2018 – 2020) would have handled fraudulent tenders, and they allegedly received bribes for these events.
In the Revilla administration from January 2018 to October 2021, Provias Decentralized Work Manager Alcides Villafuerte Vizcarra was bribed by businessman Luis Pasapera Adrianzén for three public works, effective collaborator code 08-2023 told Eficcop. The described bribes total S/3.6 million.
Vizcarra and Trujillo are certified (senior officers), so Eficcop cannot investigate them. This applies to the Office of the Attorney General.
